Embracing A Unique Learning Path
Growing up in a typical middle-class Tamil Brahmin household in Bangalore, academics held great importance in my family. However, despite my love for learning, the traditional education system was one that could never resonate with me. It felt restrictive and stifling, hindering my true potential.
One of the biggest
influences in my life was my paternal grandfather. He imparted a valuable
lesson that education extends far beyond the confine of schooling. His words,
"Never let your schooling interfere with your education," became a
guiding principle for me. I held onto this belief as I navigated my educational
journey.
During my school years, I was really put off by the way we were taught, and as a result, I didn't fare well academically. In fact, I even flunked my 12th grade. However, this setback led me on a path of self-discovery.
I decided to pursue
my passion for music, which I had always loved. It was during this time that
that I had a significant realization. I discovered that learning could be
enjoyable and fulfilling, when it was centered on something I was truly
passionate about. I thrived under the guidance of teachers who not only
possessed deep knowledge but were also close to me in age and shared the same
enthusiasm for the subject matter.
At a very young age,
I became a teacher myself at the same institute where I had found my love for
music. This experience further solidified my belief in the transformative power
of passionate teaching and learning.
The combination of my early struggles with the education system, my passion for learning, and my desire to empower others led me to the path of digital coaching that I am on today. I continue to be driven by my belief that education should be joyful and empowering experience. By sharing my knowledge and experiences, I aspire to inspire others to discover their passions, embrace their unique talents, and create a life of purpose and fulfillment.
Struggling To Survive And Settle
Throughout my life, I have encountered various challenges and setbacks that have ultimately shaped my path to success. One significant hurdle I faced was struggling with academics during my early years. However, this setback proved to be a valuable learning opportunity for me. It compelled me to explore innovative and engaging ways to make education more interesting, not just for myself but also with the intention of transforming education system for others in India.
After teaching at a music school, I secured a promising job in Dubai with a leading sound company that specialized in polyphonic ringtones. Unfortunately, when my wife was pregnant with our first son, I lost my job. This setback forced me to start from scratch. In a bold move, I decided to invest the last of our resources, pawning my wife's jewelry to raise approximately 10 lakh rupees. I used this money to enroll in various internet marketing courses.
I spent the following seven years dedicating myself to operating a digital
agency and had the honor of working with inspirational figures like Tony
Robbins, Brian Tracy, Harv Eker, Robert Kiyosaki, and Harv Eker. I persisted in
the face of obstacles and acquired priceless industry experience.
Eventually, after gaining extensive expertise through agency work, I made a
pivotal decision to venture into information marketing. This involved selling both
my own digital courses and promoting other people's products. Since then, I
have never looked back. I founded the Internet Lifestyle Hub from scratch, and
today, we have an impressive community of over 27,000 experts who are actively
training to become coaches. Each of these challenges has provided me with
unique opportunities for growth and learning.
With time, I learnt the importance of resilience, adaptability, and the ability to embrace change. Through these setbacks, I have honed my skills, expanded my knowledge, and developed a strong entrepreneur mindset.
Hence, setbacks and failures have been integral to my journey. They have served as stepping stones for my success by pushing me to think outside the box, seize new opportunities, and continually strive for personal and professional growth.
Vital Moments Of Life
There
have been several pivotal moments in my life that have greatly influenced my
career path and shaped the way I approached my objectives. One of the most
significant moments was when I experienced academic failure but discovered my
passion for music. It taught me the invaluable lesson that learning can be
enjoyable when you are taught in the right way, and when you pursue something
you are truly passionate about. It helped me realize the importance of aligning
my career with my interests and finding fulfillment in my work.
Another pivotal moment occurred when I unexpectedly received a pink slip, despite thinking that I had a stable and settled life. This experience taught me the significance of continuously up skilling and reinventing myself. I learned that in today’s rapidly evolving scenario, it is essential to be a lifelong learner and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
This realization emphasized the importance of investing in my education and personal growth, as it is the best investment one can make for them. Moreover, I discovered that one cannot compromise on integrity and ethics while striving for greatness, particularly as a coach and trainer. I recognized that my values and principles would reflect in the way I interact with my clients and the impact I have on their lives. This understanding reinforced the need to maintain a strong moral compass and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Furthermore, my work during my agency days introduced me to some of the industry's finest professionals, including renowned personalities like Robert Kiyosaki, Brian Tracy, Harv Eker, and Tony Robbins. Through them, I had the privilege of connecting with Surendran J, the CEO of Success Gyan, who has become a father figure to me in the industry.
Joining Success, Gyan and being a part of their vision to make India the training capital of the world has been an incredible honor and privilege. It has provided me with valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth, and I am grateful for the guidance and inspiration I have received from Surendran. These pivotal moments have collectively shaped my career path and influenced how I approach my objectives. They have taught me the importance of pursuing my passions, embracing continuous learning, maintaining integrity, and surrounding myself with visionary individuals.
Success Mantras That Help
I would highly
recommend focusing on finding the right niche, and you can do this by
scratching your own itch. Your niche is the problem you want to solve in the
world, so build on what drives you and be open to adapting it.
My second tip would be to narrow down your target market instead of trying to market to everyone. Your target market should be a reflection of yourself, so you can relate to them. Lastly, be fixed on your goal but flexible on how you get there. Successful coaches are not those who are simply good at delivering information. The best ones understand human behaviour. They are quick to adapt and ride trends, using the latest tools to provide the most efficient solution and results for their students without getting fixated on their past successes.
Importance Of Guiding Lights
When
reflecting on my journey, I am grateful for the mentors who have played a
significant role in shaping my professional development. These mentors have
provided invaluable guidance, and their teachings have had a lasting impact on
my career. One of the mentors who has greatly influenced me is Blair Singer.
His expertise in sales and Communication skills have been instrumental in my
growth as a coach and trainer. Blair Singer's teachings on overcoming fear,
building strong relationships, and effective Communication has helped me
connect with clients on a deeper level and deliver impactful results. Through
his mentorship, I have learned the importance of mastering interpersonal skills
and the art of effective persuasion.
Another
mentor who has had a profound impact on my journey is Vick Strizheus, a master
of the digital ecosystem and founder of the Four Percent Group. Vick's
mentorship has opened my eyes to the vast opportunities in the online world and
has provided me with the tools and strategies to navigate this ever-evolving
landscape.
Additionally,
Sam Ovens of Consulting.com has been a mentor whose teachings have greatly
influenced my approach to coaching and consulting. Sam's expertise in building successful
consulting businesses and his emphasis on systems and processes have provided
me with a solid foundation that streamlined my operations and scaled my
business effectively.
Last but not least, my spiritual mentor, Jayapataka Swami, has had a huge
impact on my family. I am a deeply spiritual person, and Jayapataka Swami’s
teachings keep me in touch with my inner self and keep me grounded. The common
thread among these mentors is the alignment of strong core values with my own.
Choosing mentors who resonate with your values is crucial, as it ensures a
deeper connection and a shared understanding of your goals and aspirations.
Surrendering completely to their guidance, being open-minded, asking the right questions,
and implementing what I learned has been fundamental to my growth and success.

Over the past few years, I have had the honor of receiving several prestigious awards, including the Business World 40 under 40 and Entrepreneur's Digital Coach of the Year. However, beyond the awards and accolades, the true measure of my success lies in the achievements of my community, which has grown to over 27,000 members. Witnessing the growth and progress of my tribe is the most rewarding aspect of my work. I take immense pride in the fact that I have been able to help 70 members become Crorepatis (millionaires) and over 150 individuals earn six-figure incomes by leveraging their knowledge and building digital tribes. I am really excited about the prospect of transforming the education and employment system of India along with my amazing tribe!
What’s even better is the ethics in each of our community members, where we each donate 10% of our income every month towards a charity of our choice and have donated over 3 crores in the last 2 years!
