My Journey While Moving Ahead In
My Career:
I think one really needs to go
after their passion - it is within us and we need to find it. It does take time
though for many of us and that is fine. Our average life span is around 85
years and that to me means at least 4 decades of active work life. so why not
go for what makes you tick? Even if it is a shift..
Challenges Faced:
Corporate world is NOT a level
playing field for women. India is surely ranked at the lower end of the
spectrum for ease in career growth esp. for women. We need to change mind sets
on equality, coupled with laws that support inclusion of women especially during
biological life phase and into leadership levels.
